Since leaving employment with the New York State Senate in 1979, Mr. Kriss has helped various business professional groups and companies navigate the New York State Legislature, the Executive and various state agencies. Mr. Kriss has played a significant role in passage or defeat of hundreds of New York State laws and regulations. He is most grateful for having been afforded the opportunity to help shape public policy in New York.

misconduct investigations and prosecutions before the New York State Health and Education Departments. Additionally, Mr. Kriss continues a wide-ranging practice in other select areas of the civil law, including wills and estates, personal injury, medical malpractice, as well as a (significant) number of high profile cases on behalf of various professional and commercial interests.
